For each item, you enter real-world details: purchase price, expected years of ownership, salvage value, daily fuel use, maintenance, and how many days per year it’s used. The system then calculates your daily and hourly cost of ownership, including depreciation and fuel.
You can mark equipment as billable (charged per job) or overhead (recovered through your labor rate). Either way, your costs are covered, automatically.
